About Me

Hi, welcome to Completebody, my name is Sarah-Jane and I have been teaching fitness classes in the community of Lowestoft for 20 years, ranging from Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Step, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Fitness Pilates, Aqua, Pre/Post Natal and Nutrition Level 3.

In the more recent years I have focused on Pilates and in 2011 gained the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Pilates with Rachel Holmes, who has been my mentor throughout my career in the industry.
I create a positive environment in my classes and pass my knowledge and expertise over to you to create an amazing fun experience.

Fitness Pilates enables me to create a functional movement class, so we can gain total body strength, core & pelvic floor strength, balance, posture and relaxation, mimicking everyday movement.

I am constantly training and improving my knowledge by attending workshops and events, which enables me to introduce up to date information and choreography.

In September 2016 I launched Kick Start Fat Loss; KSFL has been created by Rachel Holmes and is a new kind of Diet and Fitness Club for more info please go to www.kickstartfatloss.net

In January 2017 I launched The BrainFit Workout, a new kind of workout to help relieve stress and self negative chatter, the class has gone from strength to strength and my client’s feedback has been amazing, they always get a good nights sleep on Wednesdays. ┬áTo find out more click on the link at the top of the page.
