This is a 6 week course comprising of 1 x 1 hour Fitness Pilates Class and 1/2 hour live talk per week, covering subjects to help you make those small changes towards a healthy lifestyle:
Gut Health, Hormones, Inflammation, Reducing Stress, Regaining Energy, Sleep, Brain Health, Body Types and Endocrine Disruption.
You will be included in the Fitness Pilates Health Coach private Facebook group, where I will post each talk, filmed, for you to refer to and there will be filmed Fitness Pilates Workouts too, so you can practice between each live class.
