Fitness Pilates for Orthopedic Conditions
Fitness Pilates can help with arthritis, osteoarthritis, back pain, (non specific & specific), shoulder pain, elbow pain, frozen shoulder, knee pain, hypermobility, rotator cuff tendinitis, fibromyalgia, spondylosisand many more conditions.
I can work with your consultant’s diagnosis and incorporate your physiotherapist’s exercises into the class.
The class is fun and I will teach you the fundamentals of Fitness Pilates while keeping the poses specific to your condition.
Fitness Pilates Health Coach
This is a 6 week course comprising of 1 x 1 hour Fitness Pilates Class and 1/2 hour live talk per week, covering subjects to help you make those small changes towards a healthy lifestyle:
Gut Health, Hormones, Inflammation, Reducing Stress, Regaining Energy, Sleep, Brain Health, Body Types and Endocrine Disruption.
You will be included in the Fitness Pilates Health Coach private Facebook group, where I will post each talk, filmed, for you to refer to and there will be filmed Fitness Pilates Workouts too, so you can practice between each live class. It is also a place where I can answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to call, text or email me, for more information and to book on.
Trigger Point Pilates
A class created for Fascia Fitness of the body. Combining Pilate’s core moves and applying Myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions and restructure the body. Enhancing movement, undoing muscular restrictions, enabling the body to feel free to cope with it’s functional requirement. This class is for all, from the elite fit to post rehab. Fascia restrictions occur in everyone, whatever your activity or level of fitness. I use Trigger Point Balls to release Trigger Points in the body. The development of Trigger Points in the body cause pain and dysfunction, which can be elevated with the movement and balls combined.
Fitness Pilates focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain by applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises. Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates, but offers modifications, diversification and updated exercise prescription to provide a controlled body conditioning program.

The BrainFit Workout™ is a 45 minute movement and meditation workout. 30 Minutes of mindful movement and breathing followed by a 15 minute guided meditation section.
We are recognising that super hard core intense workouts are not the only way to go to relieve stress, lower cortisol and feel happy.
Adopting a mindful approach to Group Exercise coupled with a guided meditation is so refreshing, revitalising and invigorating.
